About Vidya Rajagopalan

Several decades ago, I came to this country with my education, my languages, and the kind of quiet determination that doesn’t announce itself. Four languages – English, Tamil, Hindi, and a little Italiano thrown in for good measure. An immigrant who built a life here through grit, through faith & courage, and through something I can only call Divine GraceI could have come out of all of it hard. I didn’t.

Twenty years in corporate America – IT, Business Strategy,  Operational Excellence, mentoring women who needed someone in their corner. I finished my Cornell MBA and MS in Healthcare Leadership during the pandemic.

I know what it means to perform at the highest level while quietly falling apart inside. To hold everyone else together while your own body is sending signals you don’t yet have language for.

That’s why I built MENO™.

I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach, a certified Menopause Coach, and an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. Three certifications that represent years of study – but what I bring to this work is older than any of them. It is a way of seeing people. Of listening until the real thing surfaces. Of holding space without flinching. Of being privileged to be a conduit of healing.

The woman sitting across from me is not a case study. She is someone who deserves to be fully seen – in her complexity, her humor, her struggle, her wisdom and her strength.
